Hi, I’m Michelle. I build projects, businesses, and spaces that support creative work and bring people together.

I am a creative-sector leader who builds programs, partnerships, and community-focused systems that help people learn, grow, and participate more fully in the arts. For over 15 years, I have designed and led initiatives that centre access, learning, and community development across diverse regions in Canada.

As Co-Founder of Public Display Agency, I create learning experiences, digital tools, and events that support thousands of Canadian artists in developing their practice and connecting with new audiences. I also serve as the Executive Director of the Central Okanagan Performing Arts Festival, a long-standing non-profit supporting young performers through adjudication, mentorship, and community celebration. In that role, I collaborate closely with the Board, oversee festival operations, strengthen cross-sector partnerships, and contribute to long-term strategic growth.​

At the core of my work is the belief that learning transforms lives. Whether designing a new initiative, working with community partners, or guiding a team through change, I focus on expanding access, fostering confidence, and creating spaces where people of all ages can develop skills, strengthen connections, and feel a sense of belonging.
