I’m an executive leader, strategist, and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience across the for-profit, nonprofit, and charitable sectors.

My career has been shaped by building organizations from the ground up, leading national operations, and helping established organizations navigate growth and significant change. I have a natural ability to see the bigger picture, identify what needs to evolve, and turn ambitious ideas into practical action.

I’m drawn to complex challenges and organizations with potential. Whether I’m building something new or rethinking what already exists, I bring strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and a willingness to make meaningful change.

I lead with empathy and a clear sense of direction. I believe in giving people the trust and autonomy to do their best work, while being willing to make the decisions and changes needed to move an organization forward.
